Step 1 - Press ‘Jio’ key on the top right of JioPhone and select MyJio App.
Step 2 - Clicking this icon will open the MyJio App. Here, you can view your Data balance & data quota renewal duration.
Step 3 - You can also select Menu and ‘My Plans’ option to view all active plans, data & SMS balance and plan validity date & time.
Alternatively, you can give missed call to 1299 to get an SMS with your data balance & validity.
